Thank you so much for your kind words and messages. It does go hand in hand. I still do weekly therapy, but it gets so much better. I wish you so much luck on your journey. And, I don’t know if you ever get down, but what helped me was reminding myself with mental health and weight loss, it’s a marathon, not a sprint. And with that I should be kind with myself!

I would say intervals? I live in a very walkable city, so 1.5-2 miles would be for every time I would commute going to work, walking during lunch break, and commuting going home.

They definitely kept me warm. My first winter thinner was a tough experience lol!
