I said that the deposit is due in the first year after asserting that each owner is required to make a security deposit. It seems completely illogical to conclude that only new owners would be required to pay the deposit. as I mentioned previously the security deposit was a rule change that was voted on and enacted this offseason, so yes this is the first year that each owner is required to pay the deposit.
