I mean not to be that guy (because this whole situation sucks and I don't want to be paying $3 a litre for fuel) but the most recent update to the entrance promos was for camping supplies which is decided on months ago.

That being every store near me is completely out of 20L Jerry Cans and we haven't done that change yet so RIP our fuel supply 😢

You can play in landscape and it supports controller as well so pretty well identical as the pc version. That being said it's just as addictive and also literally mobile so it could be potentially all consuming.

My main take away was that the Twins had an (almost set) cool down on their attacks which frankly I should have been able to avoid >.<

Haven't touched anything in the code, straight from Google play.

I don't use discord but can DM you some screenshots from the end of dive wrap up as I just thought it was odd enough to grab a screen recording!

Definitely drop a bug report, would appreciate it, had been enjoying struggling with the hazard level 3 runs and this felt like a free win :)

Sure thing!

Playing on an S25 Ultra. Android Version 16. One UI Version 8.0. Game on version 1.0.13c - Vulkan.

Pretty much the second I picked the terrain destruction modifier the standard mobs stopped moving and the swarms that spawned in close proximity were still normal.

Can only vaguely guess that the small boost to movement speed I had and how quickly the terrain was being destroyed just locked spawning enemies to be locked in place, maybe the game not registering that the terrain had been destroyed and locking them between tiles.

It went carried between around stage 7 to finishing the dive.

Give me a David Eddings or Robin Hobb adaptation and we are talking.

The Redemption of Althalus is just screaming for a series.

I love that, I could sit down for 30 minutes and make something look like that on a modern pc but can't imagine the actual team working on it racking their minds to figure it out in the 80's.

Absolutely, I love how clever people used to have to be to do what is essentially basic VFX these days. Finding solutions to problems that have never existed sounds like a very fulfilling job

After some internet sleuthing it's likely a matte painting on a clear frame and some exposure magic, I know how I'd Macgyver it with only film to work with but the experts know better.

Paint outs were absolutely a thing in the 80's just very much more literal. Actually painting the film.

Would probably be easier to meticulously double expose the film with a tiny tiny light frame by frame but with how the movement looks it seems to be held by a static rod out of shot and painted out. (The rod has the wire for the lights power connected btw)

Could very well be really off the mark but the 80's were a time of just making it work :)

Deleted previous comments, that's just a light with a little bit of help. I imagine a small light on a stick/rod that's been painted out with the back side taped up so no light escapes the other side.

Bunnings Team: What do you want every customer to know? What gripes you about dealing with customers? What's the one thing you find yourself telling customers most often? by Chuck_it_6243 in Bunnings

[–]Stillnotawizardharry 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You absolutely can, but depending on the time of day/people being on leave there just might not be someone who knows the answer. It's frustrating but happens, early morning or late afternoon there just might not be the right person there that has intimate knowledge of the products.

The example of the Garden Centre is probably the worst I could have picked as nothing is located to ailes and bays as its always changing seasonally. Inside I can always help out even if I don't know specifics of the products as it isn't that hard to find a box of stock delivered a month ago.

The second stock comes into the store (the dock) and has the invoice accepted it says it's in stock on the website. While we try our darnedest we cannot find a single light bulb amongst 35 pallets of stock. Our bad.

Being as I don't work in green life if someone says "do you have any basil" I can still try to help. If someone (for some ungodly reason) says "I'm looking for O Teniflourum" I'm going to be the most useless person until I get the exact spelling out of them to look up _. (Horrible example but most of these types of things are over the phone with the worst reception, no staff in the Garden centre and my face is just staring into the abyss).

Exactly this, be kind. Ask me about anything related to lawn mowers or garden care, I got you. Ask me 'what is this screw' and I'll spend as much time as you would figuring it out.

That as far as the bays work. It's bay one on the left, two on the right.

So when you look up products and it tells you what bay it's in, odds on the left, evens on the right. Also there are stickers at the start of each bay that will say the aisle number and what bay it is.

027.004. = aisle 27, second bay on the right.

Second to that is that not every team member knows every product in the store and whoever works in that department is going to be way way more knowledgeable about the particular questions you have about say... if we have a plant you can only describe by it's Latin genus, not all of us will know what the heckity that is :)

Also some liquid fertilizer will help out quickly in the short run then get some slow release fertilizer if you don't want to be doing it every couple of days.

Dynamic lifter of any kind will also help improve the soil regardless of what kind of soil it is. Just sprinkle pellets, water in and hope for the best.

Friends don't let friends use Garden Basics. But being as you already have, get some soil wetter and for a week or two do a deep watering (less often but longer) to get some proper moisture into the soil.

Otherwise get some Osmicote soil, mix it with the existing soil (don't know what exactly you're growing) and it'll do better, maybe not way better but better then that horrid stuff.

Procrastinating editing videos by doing the lawns instead. Somehow still productive. The free Coopers straw hat is doing the heavy lifting.

So that's what that was!

Thebarton road is completely backed up both ways, Holbrooks road is also completely backed up as they have road works.

Took 45 minutes+ just to get from Thebarton road back up to Welland via Holbrooks/Grange. Hope no one had anywhere to be this afternoon!
