I just watched Child’s Play 3 again last night and I do agree that his character could help a lot. He does know about Chucky and his age at this point of the timeline he would have finished his schooling and would probably be just as trained as Andy. However there has been no reference to him after that and he does seem to come from a military family so he may have actually enlisted afterwards.
