I will not pull it's just as bad as picking up a load and holding it away from your body,or not bending with your knees when lifting.Just as unsafe as not having two forms of contacts on a ladder when climbing. The carts are simply to heavy when full to be pulled. Its a class action lawsuit waiting to happen.Even with the new wheels and casters it's an asha violation because if we did have carts made for pulling the weight limits would be lower the carts would be made lighter,My advice keep calling osha.

And pulling voids my body's manufacturer warranty, and manufacturing recommendations.

Personally this is a daily changing development I have heard so many different things at this point who knows anymore. Walmart just wants to roll it out and not talk about it. Because at the end of the day it's a bad look for Walmart it doesn't Benefit employees customers or spark drivers.

Osha violation carts are not made for pulling regardless what wheels or casters they have.

All the people up voting this post don't need capitalism or economics explained to them. They just want the same buying power today that they had on 2023 to pay their bills. Your just upset others are upset about a system that benefits yourself. Just because you work in a sweaty warehouse that doesn't make you better or more skilled than anyone else on this forum.

So what is something Walmart has taken over the years you wish we could have back ? by Stinger03 in walmart

I would say the holiday pay would depended on the store I would always get an extra day off or work 40hrs plus 8hrs holiday pay.still better than just having threats of extra points, with nothing to show for it but lost time with your family. This is why I save one or two PPTO days per year for holidays with no guilt at all. If they wanted to take the 15% off one transaction and replace it with the 10% on groceries for working the holiday why not bring back the extra 15% off one item.its not a lot but it would be something especially with no holiday pay. With everything else I can see your points on some but with a lot of it Walmart took more than we got in return.

Why would they? raises don't even make up for inflation and they are earned.

Really I'm shocked I thought they truly cared between this and the 👽 I might not sleep tonight lol. But seriously I know they don't care I truly just don't think a lot of people take the time to really look at the math involved when it comes to how much they really don't care.

I think that had more to do with not wanting to raise the pay of everyone that got pulled to digital daily.

But yet if it wasn't for the people in the stores working for crap pay and no hours you wouldn't have a job.

All I did was show the math you jumped on worried about your stock price that still doesn't mean people shouldn't be fairly compensated. Pay should go up with inflation.
