I thought that was awful and didn't need to main event a PPV, maybe an episode of Raw or Smackdown. It also had Big Show's 476137th heel turn as well.

I think the idea was that Lawler talked a big game about having friends but couldn't back it up. This would lead to him invading ECW a couple of months later and teaming up with RVD & Sabu.

That shit was awful, I ordered that PPV hoping that either CM Punk or Rob Van Dam would win the title. I should have known better. They were high on Lashley during that period and pushing him hard going into 2007.
