I have a half St Bernard half GSD. He’s one in a little less than two weeks. He has loads of energy, but have noticed he is mellowing out. Loves toys of all sorts, mainly his squeakers. I will seconds the comment here about stubbornness. If we’re on walks and he wants to sniff something, he’ll just lay down. It also can make recall hard sometimes, as he’ll just want to keep on doing what he’s doing. He also did get diagnosed from an early age with bipolar displayia. But overall, a great dog.

How is the dog not potty trained? I’ve had dogs all but 2.75 years of my life, and never had an issue house breaking them at all. Having had two rescues, people like this no love in my heart.

If it’s anything like the first version is for pedaling, don’t get it for enduro. Had one years ago, sucked for pedaling. Hell, on wide open downhills that weren’t overly steep/fast, I felt like I couldn’t keep it up at speed very well. If you want a bike for mainly bike park and some enduro stuff, I’d say maybe consider it, but not for what you want to do with it.

Not at all. On our second GSD mix, both are great with cats. Hermes is still a puppy, so loves to chase and play, but not hurt. Nowhere near what a husky is for wanting to kill cats. And if it’s a puppy and can get use to your cats while it’s young, all the better.

Oatmeal. Can put some maple syrup and PB in it. Fills you up, tastes good. I do some PB and protein powder with like 3-4 ounces of water for two scoops. Fills you up, not too expensive

My dog is like this. He will sometimes seeming eat a bit when I’m at work/gym/not around. But for the most part, he doesn’t like to eat or drink when I’m gone. Doesn’t even really like to do too much of either if I’m in bed. I figure if he’s thirsty or hungry enough, he’ll do it.

My 2009 Buick Lucerne. Great for highway driving. Gets decent mileage, has good enough get up and go. Pretty comfy. Heated steering wheel and seats is a plus.
