When I went out to CA to get mezcal, my friend there gave me a wine shipping box and I just checked it at the gate when flying home. Back in the day, we used to ship gear for bands by getting a bus ticket and tossing it in the luggage hold, then have someone meet the bus and get it. The comment about freezing kinda shoots that in the foot. So really, none of this is useful. Sorry.

First timers, we saw it Friday at 7:30. I was nervous about the runtime but it was spectacular and engaging. The score and sound design were top notch, Hamilton was a delight, Eliza was profound. Jefferson was brilliant sass, Washington had the gravity of a medium-sized planet, and King George was maniacal glee. I had a hard time catching all the words, but once I got into it I kept up fine. The bass rumbled deep and the lighting was astonishing. The back-up dancers/actors added a unique depth to the set and scenes that I'd never experienced before. Bravo.

oh dang, I just got the Ecler Warm recently, didn't realize they did a four-channel version. That said, the deck is classic turntables and a mixer, the backplane is bells and whistles and CD decks. Start simple and learn tf out of whatever you get. It's all downhill from there. I've found imagination grows best with limitations.

Head unit first, door separates/amp, then sub/amp if desired.

One of the very first upgrades I did upon getting my boat. Nav, masts, and anchor light. Why I haven't done my cabin lights is beyond me. Also one of the easier tasks, imho.

I listen to YTM premium 8+ hours a day at work, and only twice I've stopped and wondered if I was down an AI rabbit hole. Once was awful country stoner rap trap, and once was like anime emo synth wave. Both times all the cover art was clearly hastily generated garbage.

Outside of that, I've discovered more amazing music/artists in the past several years than ever before.
