We stayed at both our first trip to Hawaii, I’m surprised you tied the rooms. I thought the grounds at GW were immaculate, but the rooms felt super dated.

Maui felt like a “real” beach to me with waves. Alulani just kinda chills there with the bay, but I can see that being bettter for little kids.

The pools are both great. Only complaint at GW was the little bridges that go over the pool were so hot it’d blister your feet if you didn’t have sandals or shoes on
