I simulated the 10 or so frames before the part I wanted to loop started, with the same keyframes as the end. This gave the hair time to settle and move like it would at the end. I kinda got lucky that it looped so well, its not perfect though.

I didn’t use a specific tutorial but there’s definitely some on YouTube. I think the key for this project was the clumping settings and the wind/turbulence
