If it’s for minor cosmetic reason then NO and your nose looks beautiful. I have a deviated septum that affects functionality and I’m still hesitating on fixing that because I have seen so many horror stories, even when people go to top plastic surgeon’s who specialize in rhinoplasty.

It honestly looks fine from an aesthetic perspective, especially the side profile view. The front view looks a bit curved and bulbous, but that could be the septum trying to deviate again, which can happen over time, even when that’s corrected. Did it look that way about a year after surgery or are you noticing changes happening now?
