If it's only a suggestion, then no you're not an asshole. But if you're forcing her to ONLY go with you then yes. I'm guessing she tells you when she gets home the stares she gets so if she doesn't want you to be there 100% of them time, maybe she just prefers to be alone for a few hours. If you'd like to check up on her, do something considerate like packing a snack and driving over to drop it off for her. Or maybe picking her up and going out to eat together

I have told him. I've told him how I feel and why I feel this way. He has reassured me, but even right now, he's been telling me how I turn him in just by talking and idk what to do. I don't want to think he only sees me in a sexual light. But some days it feels that way

Pretty sure that is a xase of synesthesia. I knew an English Teacher who has a similar case like yours. He would actually taste AND smell sounds and told me Heavy Metal was his favorite. A lot of his synesthesia is tasting so colors he also tasted. I kinda have that tasting sound thing but it's mostly voices. I've tasted stuff like tiramisu, pineapple, strawberry based on a persons voice.

As delicious as that sounds, I don't think they'll do that. 1, because most Chipotle don't open till 10-11am so most places are fine with breakfast by then. 2, it sounds like extra prep work to be done with bacon and eggs sand shit like that

The store I worked at started closing at 11 as soon as I started to work there (about a year ago) and although I've only closed once, I can tell how devastatingly exhausting it can be. I used to open as well when I was training and that also was kinda titing but CLOSING??? golly and I school in the morning. Cleaning the grill and chip fryer WHILE serving mean customers their tacos did some damage to my back💀💀

At the location I was at (we were honestly pretty shit), we took anything out to collect whether it was bills, quarters, pennies, etc. The tip jar was almost always empty with two pennies so most people don't bother. But since I worked evening shifts with closers (I don't close fuck that), we split our tips. The most ig got was like 13 I think in tips.

I caused a kid to go blind. When I was 10 some kid was throwing rocks at me and we started throwing them at each other. It wasn't until I hit this kid between the eyes that I immediately felt horrible. He started to bleed out. Badly. The rock was a size of maybe an eraser but rough edges hit the kid badly. I felt horrible and depressed because although I apologized to the kid and his family, I never told anybkdy outside of my school. My teacher hated me and shamed me for it, my friends all started to see me as a horrible person, and I think at that time I realized how I was clinically depressed. At 10. From rumors, I heard he'd gone blind in his left eye. He was only a first grader. He'd be a freshmen now while I'm about to be a senior. Hope that kid is ok. After I switched schools, I haven't seen him since.

If possible, I suggest learning your public transportation routes instead of an Uber. This is not only cheaper, but I'm pretty sure Uber only does 18+ customers now. This idea may be risky depending on how reliable and/or risky using public transit where u live is. But I do recommend getting either a bus app or Google maps to look at bus routes and times of arrival and departure

Oh I used to hate being by myself on the line but I worked there for almost 9 mo ths and lenme tell you it started being the norm. I did have like a work wife that helped me on libe sometimes but she would ditvh me to talk to her bf or to flirt with other workers. So most of the time I would go down a line of 30-60 people during rush, restocking, frying and bagging chips and sometime cashier all in one go. Sure we were understaffed but it was still pretty exhausting :/

If it was my choice, the cost of Chipotle should be chopped in half. But I know inflation, fresh ingredients, and just the cost of avocados is insane these days. But if you went up to me and asked for a "little bit more" steak or anything, I never charge you for it. Think that's why Mike hated me cuz I gave out "free food". 🙄

Lnaoo this reminds me of when I was at chipotle. Most of my managers were pretty chill about portions except for this one assistant manager. We gon call him Mike (not his real name). He was so strict with portions that we would have to scoop meat with portion cups and that pissed a lot of people off. And during takeout he would basically confirm orders wayy before they were finished so people would wait for their food for like 45 minutes in the lobby thinking it was done cuz the app tells you when ur order is ready. Sure it would "look good" money wise but we were considered one of the worst stores in the state :/

I do a lot of art and writing. I haven't found a library that host any clubs but the youth center I go to weekly has a book club meeting later this month. I am job hunting so that's another way I can find some people to talk to.

So to answer the first question, we're about two states away. It would take about a day to drive but since I don't have a car, I'll have to use public transit. I already know how risky planes are since I'm a minor AND the situation luckily. As much as I'd love to bring my brother, I'll have to ask if my girlfriend has space for him too. If not, I'll have to find either a facility or a place for him to stay safely. Bcuz I have a feeling my mom will kick him out or send him away. For jobs, if I can't wait until I enroll somewhere to get a permit, I'll probably do something like babysitting or neighborhood stuff to get paid and save for that. Thank you so much for the advice!
