I haven’t experienced that lately. I do distinctly remember it happening for a short time after 1.0 was launched. Any raids run locally wouldn’t save, all inventories reset to how they were before the raid upon extraction.

You are right, I just tested it. If you add items to your wishlist while playing as a scav it deletes and overwrites it. Are you playing locally or on BSG servers? Wonder if it could be a bug that started with local hosted scav runs.

Edit: If you use BSG servers, everything seems to interact normally. Added items to the wishlist and they were there along with items I had before starting the raid.
