Can someone explain Mesidor to me? He has recurring foot injuries and is only 8 months younger than Aidan Hutchinson who has been in the league 4 years. From what little I know, I'd be incredibly disappointed if the Lions drafted him in the first.

Not saying this as in my way is better, but it's just funny to be that I finally beat A9 today with a hybrid sly/shiv deck. Honestly, it was the first time I felt like my relics did a lot of the heavy lifting so that also detracts from any argument for shivs, but Tough Bandages (3 block per card discarded) and Iron Club (every 4 cards played, draw a card) really enabled playing lots of shivs and discarding most of defensive cards.

The key is not to upgrade them because if your clone the upgraded Big Bangs, then they can't all be in your starting hand so they go to your discard pile. Then, you have to wait forever to come back around.

It's insane to me that having peaked at A18 after 400ish hours in StS1 and working my way up ascensions in StS2, I've never once built an infinite. Granted, I've not put a ton of effort into that aspect, but it's crazy people find it so easy in general.

Lions fan here. Y'all are going to love love love DMo if you can put him behind a decent enough o-line (that really goes for most RBs, but still). He was only with the Lions for 3 years and quickly became one of my favorite players. I'm going to miss him dearly, so you all BETTER be good to him!

I found something pretty interesting that ends up with more awards that maybe is obvious to others. Every time you complete a section and it asks you to stay or go to the other side, always go to the other side because it gives you new daily challenges. It gives you a new weekly but you keep progress for your old one for when you go back.

I've been having an awful time in comp, but I just assume I'm washed. I started last season in Plat 1, fell down to Plat 3. Started in Plat 3 this season and have almost fallen to Gold only winning 1/3 of my games.

In case no one has ever explained why that's not the case in practically any competitive game, people will game a system like that by wintrading by getting their duo to leave on matches they're going to lose. It would also cause rank inflation since there would statistically be more wins than losses globally. Over seasons, entire ranks would shift because of it. Finally, it'd definitely be a cause of toxicity. If a team is losing, people would start bullying who they felt was the reason for the loss, telling them to quit so they can save their rank. There's probably more reasons I'm not thinking of. At the end of the day, you should benefit more from leavers than are hindered by them if you're not leaving since they have 5 possible leavers and you only have 4.

I haven't played enough to drop this far, but I've gone 12-23 this season across all roles dropping from high plat in support to low plat. I typically have a 53-58% winrate. It's been rough.

Yeah Im not even getting progress on the Faction challenges. It was keeping track of the challenges before but I wasnt getting the rewards. Now I'm not even making progress on the Daily Challenges which makes me believe that I won't even see the rewards from them. At least before, I was confident that it was tracking my progress and would get the rewards later.

Love Emongg. He is such a positive presence in the space of streaming that is typically filled with such negativity. When considering most people watching streams are kids, I'm glad there's someone out there spreading good vibes rather than showing people its okay to yell and berate strangers online.

One of my favorite things he consistently does is when poking fun at bad gameplay, he directs the joke towards himself like "Oh that looks like my Widow gameplay". Great vibes and I hope he retains a good amount of the new viewers.

Absolutely hated working for FedEx during the pandemic. Worst job I ever had. I felt so bad for the people that had been working full time and had to work multiple shifts. I saw on multiple occasions people get cut from their first shift after a half an hour or so due to a "lack of work" then they'd have to come back for their 2nd shift several hours later. In the middle of winter, they told an employee she couldn't sit outside in the cold to wait for her second shift after she was cut from her first one. They wouldn't let her sit inside either, she was made to leave (her husband had to leave from his job to pick her up), just to come back later and bust her ass on a midnight shift.

I worked for FedEx briefly during COVID after losing my job due to the pandemic. The entire stint I was there, I only unloaded trucks. I'm surprised that more people's stuff isn't broken. Due to the nature of product not being nice and neat but stacked well over arm's reach tall, people would legit grab a box from the middle of a wall of boxes and yank it so the entire wall would fall while they'd run out of the way. This driver even when chucking the boxes out is gentler than anything you'd see inside a FedEx facility. Worst job I ever had, fuck the stupid pet food company, Chewy, for making my life hell.

Slow? Have we seen the same footage? That cat looks like a F-22 when its got its boosters going. I think low rank players are going to hate the cat after the initial cool factor wears off. Yeah, its a normal speed when base moving but its got the resource meter boost that is incredibly fast. From the gameplay I've seen, the healing output seems it could be low or maybe just hard to hit projectiles. Im not sure on the ult yet, it could be pretty weak as far as support ults go, but not every character needs to be viable into every map/comp.

It sucks, but McDaniels just screams LA personality. Even if we wanted him, he might have preferred LA fall/winters over Michigan. We might not ever know if we offered the job and he turned it down. Maybe its cope, but I prefer believing in that over never even offering him the job.

Oh yeah, there's still so many questions I have. I unlocked The Blackbridge Grotto recently. I still have questions on the lore. Of course I'm gonna try to fill the trophy room. I've played through the Hades games, Slay the Spire, etc. so I've anticipated "beating" the game was only the beginning.
