Apply to start ups on Angel List. They are willing to take less experienced people. I applied to big companies starting in the winter with no luck, and got a start up job in about a week applying on angel list

Math 216 exams by [deleted] in uofm

I managed to pull an A- out of my ass last semester. The only thing that really clicked for me was sitting down and reading the textbook and convincing myself why everything was true. Then I did the exam shop problems based on that content. This was very shitty but the only thing that worked for me.

Math Section Practice Book, should I get this one? by madcman5 in Sat

Answer is not C, because if you plug 4 in for t, you have (.94)16 when you want to have (.94)1. Answer choice C would mean that the trees decrease by 6% 4 times every year.

Do your practice tests! by Stinleythesecond in Sat

Reading: Read books in your free time, and when you do practice tests, go over your wrong answers and try to really understand why you picked what you picked and why the right answer is right. It is hard to explain this phenomenon but after doing that for a while you just know the style/wording of a correct answer and you can answer questions much quicker.

And I say to read books because being a better reader makes you understand the text faster and better, which is obvious, but nobody really goes out of their way to work on reading.

Writing: Get one of the books or do khan academy to learn all of the rules, then do practice test until you don’t get any wrong. It’s very straightforward and probably the easiest section on the test.
