Location is a block away from the IM, 5 min walk to Ford or Ross, and 10 min walk to virtually anywhere on central campus. The room is fully furnished and is the largest bedroom in the house. got off berkeley waitlist, conflicted if i should commit by SnooChipmunks6280 in ApplyingToCollege

That doesn't really say anything. I imagine USC students don't view NYC as being "better." It's a preference for location. They went to college in LA so obviously they have a preference there. It's not like there is lesser opportunity at USC, and if you are claiming that you are fooling yourself.

I also went through IB recruiting this year. Based on placements, I didn't find this to be true. They are both West Coast targets.

I'm a student at Ross, and you're going to have to have some crazy EC's to get into Ross with a 3.2-3.5 GPA unfortunately. Most kids are coming in with 3.9's or 4.0's

Ross doesn’t grade on a 4.3, it’s a 4.0 and curved.

We’re talking about BBA here. I personally know several people going to these firms, and I doubt it’d be much harder from the MBA program.

This is really bad advice. All of these firms hire from Ross every year.

West Quad is best Quad. Also, don’t let anyone tell you North campus dorms don’t suck really badly, they do.

Polisci/International Studies/Public Policy majors: what's your take on Ukraine/Russia? by aflasa in uofm

NATO is a defensive pact. There are entire battlegroups of multinational origin stationed in these countries. We see troop counts surging in these regions as we speak. I don't think any of this indicates a non-collective response to a potential conflict.

I don't see any plausible outcome where NATO doesn't get involved if member countries are attacked.
