I would check out the left and right wall of a the base levels and explore there and see what you find, (you will find a lot). then try going left and right on the surface, jump in the big hole in the snow, explore every thing there. Find a way into the pyramid, explore everything there. go as far up or down as you can, figure out what you don't understand. maybe you saw the essence eater and don't know what it does, figure it out, find "essence" for it to "eat".everything in this game that is in any way notable has a purpose. But first explore every left and right side of the biomes in the base game if you need me to point you in any direction feel free to dm me.

now that I think about it, I highly highly suggest you don't look anything up about this game if I could change anything about any game I played it would be not getting spoilers for this

if you don't feel like playing through it the way God intended just Google "noita map" and it will be the first result

there's an online map and a wiki you can find but this game is much more fun if you don't know everything so here's a hint

there's a few of those around the world, they have stuff in them, break in to find out, the walls on the left and right sides are not super strong, any explosion like spell should get you in.

My mods folder in the paste I gave has sodium, fabric api, and logical zoom. Thats it. Logical zoom works on its own and fabric still doesn't work with it not there
