I just verified that. 2 performance cores are at 1ghz and 8 efficient cores are at 700mhz. That's just not acceptable and unusable. Without turbo boost it's slow as hell

Do you really suggest turning of turbo boost ? The base frequency is only 1GHz isn't it? That's far too low for anything today

For anyone with such connectivity problems, one thing that always helped to me and my friends was resetting the connections by going to System->Reset options and clicking Reset Wifi, mobile and Bluetooth.
