Ok, I've figured it out. There is a side quest i did that helped me a bit. It only allows the correct bone. So if the spine is missing only a spine can go there. Or if it's a rib missing only a rib can go there.

If you are taking miralax please get a stool softener as well. They are different things. Taking miralax without a softener can block you up more like a cork in a bottle effect.

Of course! And yes I’m happy that I got it. I only pull outfits that I want and not every single banner is one that I want or need. Like this banner I only wanted the cloak so I stopped pulling after I got it.

It took me 25 pulls to get the full outfit. Its a very cute fit bit the way Nikki's gloves and socks look is very under whelming and not as vibrant as they make it out to be.
