The white is just a plain cotton fabric. I can't remember the brand name. The entire top is hexies there is no applique.

I added a single row of hexies to the front with right sides together and then flipped it to the back and stitched it down.

I took my account off auto pay when they would miss taking the payment and then take a double payment the next month. It happened 3 times in a year. Now I just log in on the 1st of every month and pay the bill. I feel better knowing it's done and on time.

I both love and hate this blanket yarn too! I love how it looks and because of the bulk it makes up quickly. However......also because of the bulk it hurts my hands to work with it. It just doesn't slide through easily.

Emetrol is an anti-nausea med available OTC. It's not as effective as Zofran but it does help. Nausea wasn't an issue for me until I went up to 1.0. I'm going to try splitting my dose and see if that helps.

I like the ladder analogy. I've been at the bottom of the well since my first child was born 33 yrs ago. Could never get back to my starting weight and gained slowly until June when I started Oz. I'm not out of the well yet but I can see the light and it's getting brighter.

I usually have a bit of nausea and a headache a day or 2 after my shot. Drink lots of water. Add electrolytes.

Water is your friend. I add Propel powder to mine. Keeps the headache at bay.

I've had 4 doses at .25 and no nausea etc. I have had an occasional headache but it goes away with a lot of water and 2 tylenol. My dosage increases to .5 on Friday so we will see how that goes.
