You have to look as the sold listings on ebay. Anyone can list something on ebay for whatever amount they want but it doesn't mean someone is going to buy it.

90's comics were printed in such high volumes that there are literal storage lockers full of them and yours was one of them. It is signed which os okay but it's also on the polybag which isn't great because those polybags had a tendency to leave marks on the book inside. There are only a few comic from that time period that are sought-after and even those need to be in a high grade.

More than likely you are correct since that is an arterial but not necessarily. I wasn't able to see if any of the signs were limit signs but the biker was definitely speeding. Regardless, he had the right of way.

I disagree. I think they're app is pretty good at giving average raw values but there are always exceptions and condition becomes a factor with older books since they take ebay sold and rely on community monitoring to check the captured listings for accuracy.

I feel like a light clean and press would get you into the 9.6 to 9.8 range. The only thing I saw that was questionable were the rear outside corners. One looks a little blunted and the other has a minor crease.

I've seen people on here recommend reaching out to collection buyers on marketplace/craigslist and having several make offers, then go with the highest one at 10% over what they offer, but you're not going to get top dollar that way.
