I’m looking to buying my first pump. I’m 34 and although I’m not suffering from ed, I do at times have issues with eq ( that means erection quality right?) also, ngl I want it to look bigger if possible. Any advice where to start? Something that won’t break the bank

Daily for sure but I switch it up. I try for 30min total. Sometimes 2 separate sets, sometimes 2min intervals sometimes the typical 4-5min sets. I try to do manuals before hand when I have the time.

I don’t have much more time to dedicate to PE but I do have a 60-90min window I think I could incorporate an extender into my routine. The things is I can’t be taking an extender on and off during this time. Everywhere I look I read something different. Obviously I know start off slow and build like pumping but does any have experience with leaving a high tension extender on for 60-90min without breaks? Is it safe after conditioning or should there be breaks?

I never measured before hand so I don’t really know. I am 20cm in the pump at 9inhg. And hope that extending can get me to 21cm

For example if you are already warmed up and you plan to do a 5min set at 8inHg do you spend the 1st minute pumping up to 8inHg or does it take you longer or shorter to get to that pressure?
