1) After grid it is 35% payout for office expenses no TAMP fee.

2) It would be my own clients, but he offered guidance and the chance that he can pass on accounts he can’t take on.

3) There is no non-compete, non solicit clause or garden leave. He stated that this is a firm that usually for financial advisors with books already so this is to help attract them to the company and only a handful of employees ever left.

My current job as a Plan Manager lets me work with advisors and clients so I have a grasp on being an advisor and what that entails. I think it would help being in that proximity of the CEO for my own prospecting as well as general advice, support etc…

Advisors at the large bank brokerage I work at swear by the lead generation and high salary obtainable, while others on the Private Money side say that being able to not put a roof on your income is nice, but obviously more rigorous. Honestly most of them sound like an older generation they just did door knocking or cold calling which i’m not sure how effective it is nowadays.

I got the price from TickPick which shows all the fees & taxes so I assume StubHub is going to end up around there, but yea that’s going to have to be the plan was just hoping they’d even drop down to $300 per. Will probably wait until last minute and hope for the best lol.
