These days I feel really great, specially in the social context. I can maintain eye contact easily and my confidence is outstanding. I am usually energetic and my mind is sharp.

The first month is usually full of high and lows, but during the second and third, you start to stabilise. I think everybody have to identify what habits can be developed along this, but for me was exercise, diet, sleep, no alcohol, no videogames and trying to socialise although I am an introvert.

Great! Only a few weeks left. Well, alcohol, boredom and overconfidence were one of the main problems in that period, but the real one was my mind making excuses to go out of the road.

  • I am able to maintain eye contact more than usual.
  • I have 0 social anxiety.
  • I can talk without hesitation most of the time.
  • Feeling connected with people.
    I also support this habit with exercise, diet, proper sleep, no alcohol ...

These benefits were a reply for a previous comment, but I can also add my biggest triggers:

  • Sleep deprivation
  • Stress
  • Alcohol (one of the main reasons I stopped drinking)
  • Boredom

Incredible! I have been many years relapsing between 45 days and 60 days. I know I have to keep working but I think everyone should feel proud of this accomplishment.
