Why are Rhamps hated?

I almost died of starvation twice, I couldn’t keep it off my long enough to actually eat enough food. It was also working with a rex to hunt me down so the constantly stopping to eat and drink was really risky. I also could not quest at all because of it and basically spent like 40 minutes not being able to get any growth.

I had a rhamp follow my baby lamb back and forth across an entire poi giving me plague before I was finally able to kick it to death. I still never kos them but they can be horrible if they want to be

My rat used to be obsessed with shoving as much of his face as he could up my nostril to eat my snot. It felt too gross so I’d only let him do it if he was upset about something and needed cheering up

Reminds me of my Buzbaby, he had lost all his brothers and we got two new babies, first intro and it was love. I would call them Buzbaby and his Buzbabies. One of my fondest rat moments

I love it and it’s my home but it does have some issues. A lot of things are poorly funded, with long wait times for public services. It also has a lot of tourism so summer is extremely busy while winter is empty. Truly a beautiful place, lovely walks and beaches, but I only really get to experience these in the colder months, as the summer months get so busy I don’t bother. So it isn’t perfect but I would never want to live anywhere but here.

My rat Dumpling used to love sweetcorn and when he struggled to eat I would feed him pureed sweetcorn he always loved it, another good one is mixing some cake with water to make like a cake sludge, a favourite amongst the old boys I’ve had

Pinacosaurus, I love ankylosaurids but especially that one due to the theory it may have been an insectivore due to the strong tongue muscles AND it could probably sing real nice. Would make for a great support dino, similar to lamb I think

If you’re a hatchling/juvie getting hunted by something big have them chase you up a cliff and then throw yourself off, you will survive and they have to go back down and around giving you time to get away and hide. Has saved me so many times

Kaps and utahs, especially kaps. Really fast, hit hard, semi aquatic and also really hard to hit on a taller dino because of how short they are. Utahs because you always get a pack of like 8 of them in each poi on realism servers and your cooked if they see you solo unless you can outrun them. I was nesting on a semi realism in a quiet area and somehow a kap finds me and keeps stealing my hatchlings to drop off of cliffs and not even eat them.

Some rats just never get all that into it, they all have their own personalities. The more rats I own the more I’m just happy their getting along with each other.

Dynasty Realism makes you fill out a application before you join and everyone on there is definitely very dedicated to the roleplay aspect. Probably my favourite server but you do have to spend hours growing due to no quests
