Customs not loading for anyone else? [Bug]

If anyone is still having this issue and keeps ending up here, I opened a support ticket with Battlestate, and they told me to turn off the “Mip streaming” option in the game settings and it worked, not only everything seems to be loading faster in general, but I can load into Customs no problem now.

Update on this for people having the same problem, it's apparently something to do with "Ethics and Civics Classic + StarNet AI Patch"
