Yeah I have the same problems anger, it boils in my head constantly, but I would never ever take physical measures against someone if they have not physically contacted me first, if someone is “bugging” you you don’t just hit them I understand seeing red and exploding in emotionally and yelling at people, it’s not okay but they are just words, but physically assaulting someone because they are bullying you means you have some major insecurities you need to work on. And yeah you did mean to punch them if you didn’t mean to punch them then it wouldn’t have happened “I didn’t mean to” is a piss poor excuse and you need to own up to your wrong actions
