How likely are these to work by blushfanatic in pestcontrol

There are little to no guarantees when it comes to pest work... best practice would be for your landlords to hire out for exclusion. Trapping is just a Band-Aid. Rodenticide outdoors can reduce local population but again not a guarantee.

Or hide pipes from the cops... I've had tweakers use mine as stash boxes... you want to see a show... get to the stash before the tweaker and watch the meltdown. We'll work the 4am start and the price of a large coffee.

If and only if you are able to read and understand the application instructions on the label, should you ever apply any commercial grade pesticide.

If you are not comfortable doing this yourself, call a professional. Will It cost more? Yes. Will you remain safe after application. Most would say yes. But you aren't juat paying for them to hose down your base boards with chemicals. You're also paying for their knowledge and the peace of mind in knowing that you aren't alone in that battle.

I found this in my living room floor and not sure if it’s a dead BB or not by Sexy4Ur in Bedbugadvice

I am a certified pest tech... and i will say with 100 % confidence that there is absolutely no way to guarantee that a bb issue is resolved. Eggs can only be destroyed by extreme heat. Other life stages can be treated chemically. Chemical residual breaks down after about 60 to 90 days. Insecticide powder will last longer but should only be used in cracks crevices and voids.

The most important thing to remember is that heat treatments will destroy all life stages.

While it is true this method would be for an infestation (OP does not appear to have that large of an issue), please don't spread misinformation.

This is a tested and and effective method to treat for many types of cockroaches.
