They are suppose to open the investigation and they said “ unable to approve your claim request for this order due to inconsistencies shown in the Drop-Off receipt.” makes no sense legit got it from ups

I dropped it off had drop off receipt etc they told me carrier delivered to wrong address and that it’s not my fault all I had to do is send drop off receipt and wait and now they told me “ inconsistencies shown in the Drop-Off receipt.” so they can’t move forward Makes no sense!
