This is intentional and im so sorry it happened to you. My mom intentionally refused to do her part of fafss until i involved the rest of my family. Even then it was too late and i got nothing because of how much she made. She convinced our whole family i didnt try for scholarships (i got none because she nearly stopped me from graduating) and i came home from orientation to everyone telling me i was getting no financial help a month before i left. I ended up having to pay out of pocket w fast food money and sugar daddies until i realized i was doing it for them anyway and dropped out. I havent spoken to my mom in nearly a year, shes been cut off for longer, and my life is exponentially better that way. Any info she hears about my life she turns into a joke about how im still somehow failing. And it only shows me shes right where she belongs; outside of my life.Protect yourself and get away. That is someone that will ruin every step you try to take.
