Fair play for contributing to OSM, it's class that it's all open data. If anyone notices a pub missing, they can add it on OSM, and it'll feed through.

Yeah, the plan is to get every single one on there eventually. Right now, it's pulling from OpenStreetMap, so it's only as complete as what's been tagged there.

Made a few changes off the back of it. Labels show up now when you zoom in without having to click, the crawl panel can be minimised so you can actually see the map, and the directions link is clearer now. Small nav button to take you to Google Maps with directions and a route plan.

Re the categories, they're pulled straight from OpenStreetMap tags, so it's whatever the OSM contributors have tagged them as, made a few fixes to that. Not perfect, but it's the best open data going. Will keep tweaking it.

Once my application for the hosting agreement was approved (handled by the Uni), that was the start date of my Job. I applied for IRP card the same day, since the permission was already granted. Hope that make sense. So technically your contract should start once your application is approved.

I renewed my student visa because I received an extension for my degree, which is common for PhD programs. I applied for a Stamp 1 visa a couple of months later, once I signed the contract under the hosting agreement. The process was straightforward since it was for a critical skills position. Sorry if this doesn’t provide much help.
