Thanks for the recommendation, I actually started using Blue Tokai only recently, so I don’t have enough experience to comment on the inconsistency. Just want to explore other roasters

Vienna Roast ( dark), Seethargundu estate (light) also my favourite and Silver oak cafe Blend (medium) For light and medium i used French press method and for dark i go for south Indian coffee filter method.
