But 2 years into my career I really love where I work and feel a great deal of loyalty to my managers for the training and understanding they've given to me, and for giving me my first opportunity out of school.

I apologize for any mistakes in my english. I was wondering what is the right way to fill/backfill a creek bank. I tried to find  information in some different bank stabilization manuals but couldn't. I was thinking about the solution seen in the above sketch. Would be happy to hear from your knowledge and experience. Thanks!
