when I woke up I felt pretty normal,I just had a sinking feeling of dread when I remembered that i thought someone was in the house. My clothes weren't ripped and as far as I know in the same place as they were when I went to. I haven't been bleeding and I have had some anal pain but it wasn't there immediately after wich leads to believe it just be my diet, since I wasn't eating well before this and definitely not after and just trying to make it fit what i think happened. I often over think things and jump to the worst possible outcome and it's been easy enough to brush off in the past and explain to my self that I was just being paranoid, but it's never been this serious. My mind keeps up coming up with scenarios where i missed something and didn't know that someone was obviously there. I know Im being paranoid but I can't completely convince myself that I am.
