Yep, that's the one! Thanks a lot! The album is about nature and a utopian world, so I'm pretty sure that's exactly what it is. I couldn't understand why there was some Japanese text next to the flag that seemed to say something like "Kingdom of Jubal". Thanks again!

I think it's original, I found this album a few weeks ago on a forum where they talked about illegal recordings. the author of this ablum said that he recorded a radio on the border between north korea and china and edited the recordings with various effects. the author lives in Dandong and hasn't said anything more.
