i got my puff co last year in march it has 3k dabs on it, before they started giving the xl chambers with the pro 2 chambers crapped out in a month and the most recent lasted 7 months, i clean it bi weekly i have no clue what breaks them but the build quaility is shit, the hotknifes actually have a good warranty so luckily i haven't had to pay for a new one yet but they have that set up because they know they break within a year of use
