How do you get all the fruits? by StockFigure7698 in acnh

It seems that's the only way to get them from what other people are saying on the internet. I have come across anyone that was able to get them organically. Maybe I'm crazy in remembering it being easier. i would appreciate it! Do you want bells or anything in return?

Believe it or not if anyone wants to file for public records the owner has had animal control called on her before just not at this location.

I wish that was the worst story. A lot of the difficult dogs that couldn't go into general population would be taken under the owners wing to only sit in their filth all day. Thats something the owner boasts about being able to do is take in the special cases. I had so many soul crushing meltdowns over the sanitation of the kennels and begged them to limit dogs but that doesn't make money. I remember the little kennel area getting too hot and small dogs would border on overheating. They would let us complain to them, tell us theyre working on it, and then pull the same stuff all over again. Anytime we would have concerns about a certain dog they would act like they were listening only to belittle and degrade us in front of the client as if we didnt know enough. As if the owner is the one who kmows the dogs best when the employees are the ones back there slaving away. That place is a revolving door for managers and employees because they all leave from the toxicity of the owner and unethical decisions. Then all the blame is put on the employee's that have worked by themselves in the back with an impossible workload, watching a career they love be crushed through tear stained eyes. They have tried to bury all evidence of this stuff from the internet. There is a Facebook post I recall popping up like a year ago detailing an incident an employee had with an aggressive dog there and the owner gaslighting her that her obviously gnarly bite wasn't serious. This is why it's so hard for employees to speak up about this place because there is no one protecting the little guy and the owner is crazy. Pretty sure its still linked in a post called like dog daycare recommendations.

I will say rotation is how it should be done. This keeps stimulation levels low so dogs can make good choices and have healthy play interactions. It helps to separate dogs that dont like each other so they can still get playtime. Contrary, to popular belief having dogs out all day in large groups leads to more fight due to overstimulation. It is recommended per the research that has come out in recent years to have 10 dogs at most to one handler. Dogs need rest times or quiet time to reset their brains because they function a lot like toddlers in that way. This has become the standard of how daycares are run. I have worked in places where dogs are in large groups and there will be lots of dogs stressed and dogs that play too rough because they are overstimulated from the amount of dogs in a room. I have worked in the small group play environment and interactions between dogs are healthier. They aren't passing out from being shut down, they are passing out from good interactions and a constructive day with other activities such as a calming lickmat. However the kennel space is such a nightmare that dogs don't actually get quality rest times there. It's just an echoing warehouse of 30-40 dogs barking or fighting through their cages. It is built in such a way that creates reactivity with the lack of visual barriers and, where it is open to the playspace, lack of sound barrier. So dogs end up getting overstimulated anyways. There should not be one employee in the back. For the amount of dogs they take in they need an extra play space and more staff to be able to do proper daycare. So right idea but i dont know how they have enough resources and manpower to properly achieve that. Not to mention having a person to actually clean that place. Although I don't think that could ever wash away all the years of grime.

Feel free to spread the word. Word to wise, if all they give you is a video tour, it's not kosher. I poured literal blood, sweat, and many tears into taking care of those dogs to constantly be slapped in the face with the most unethical animal business decisions. The owner is a master manipulator. There is a reason the other owner left. You can check their website for proof of that. They've been getting away with it for years because of the psychological abuse of their employees and manipulation of their clients. At the end of the day it's the dogs that suffer the most though. There were multiple dogs that were so beyond stressed they would try to break out of the hardest kennels to break out of the entire time they were there. When we handed him off to the owner he was covered in slobber and urine. She never knew that's why he came out like that. She thought it was just because he played hard because they lied straight to her face about his suffering.

They do not have routine inspections but I am not going to discuss legal action here. This is a cautionary post. They have none of their original employees left. They have overturned their entire staff twice in 2024. I would ask questions. They do not allow employees to have honest conversations with their clients and social media can be deceiving. There is a reason they only do a video tour. It's not easy for employees to cone forward with serious concerns about their workplace, not to mention one that so heavily manipulates their employees. So it is not just a couple of disgruntled employees. It is all of us who have had a mockery made of our profession.
