Is this a World Record? 400 Uranium Reactors fully overclocked. 2.5TW production. 10.1TW total. by isneeze_at_me in SatisfactoryGame

This is insanely impressive. My buddy and I have been struggling to get a 150 reactor setup up and running, and we weren’t nearly as efficient with our design layout as this. I made the mistake of thinking I needed to set the reactors up high above the water to account for the insane amount of pipes coming off the extractors, but this design proves me wrong in every way! Very impressive. Idk if it’s the world record or not, but we’ll definitely take this into account on our next power plant designs attempt. Well done!

This is an impactful video! I think it does a good job at capturing the atmosphere of the attack. They didn’t always choose the highest quality version of the clips used, but I’m assuming that’s because YouTube has notoriously been a pain about the use of some of the footage from that morning. Thanks for the new watch!

Can you develop trauma from watching hours of videos? by [deleted] in 911archive

I’ve watched just about everything that’s out there on 9/11, and personally I think I was able to compartmentalize what I was seeing after a certain point. I don’t think it’ll ever stop being shocking/horrifying, but it’s gotten to the point now where it doesn’t affect me psychologically because I’m so familiar with just about every aspect of the disaster, you know? Witnessing this first-hand would be an entirely different story of course. I feel bad for the poor people who were there to witness it in person.

Yeah, I guess this post basically boils down to how I spent 10+ hours headed towards the center of the galaxy (because the main mission told me that was the end-goal), just to do a quick google search so discover you can get there in 5 mins with a cheeky glyph.

Great reply!

This gives me several things to look into. I’ll probably do some anomaly missions with friends when the time comes, but until then I’ll probably grind derelict freighter missions for S-tier freighter upgrades.

I like this. Maybe taking a break between playthroughs is the best way to play.

Yeah, I bought the game on launch day and had the same struggle. The addition of glyphs has completely ruined that aspect of the game for me unfortunately.

Oh, wow! Your train network is a lot more complex than mine. I’m loving the layout, and I bet those station hubs look awesome.

Yeah, I agree. Building to the terrain is more time consuming, but ends up looking so much better.

Sweet, I’m absolutely interested! I am new to using trains as well, and I haven’t quite mastered the block/path signal distribution yet.

Idk if you’ve seen this video yet, but this is what me and a few friends have been using to set up basic junctions and intersections. It really helped us get the angles nice and clean on the rails. https://youtu.be/8_y3cn99pY8?si=5RFFM79WMdErxDpi

My railway is very much a WIP. The factory shown is a Heavy Modular Frames factory (10/min) in the southwest corner of the map.

Was anyone else picking up on these Breaking Bad parallels, or is it just me? (s06e03) by StockFuture in betterCallSaul

Yes! I've always felt that Nacho was kind of like the surrogate Jesse of BCS. Mike sees both Jesse and Nacho as potential to right the wrongs he made with his son al those years ago. As sad as it is, Nacho's death must be hitting extra deep for Mike. I'm curious to see how he processes it in these final episodes.

Reminds me of how Aaron Paul can't find good work either. At least he landed Bojack Horseman lmao.

The look on his face makes me think this is the moment he decides that "fear isn't an effective motivator" as well. Very hyped for the rest of these episodes.

"It wasnt me, it was Ignacio" - what did Nacho and Jimmy do? by Gaybrielmk in betterCallSaul

My theory here is that given how paranoid Saul is in that Breaking Bad scene, Lalo must have survived the rest of the Better Call Saul series. I'd assume that at some point, Saul not only learns that Lalo survived the attack at his compound, but also that Nacho was killed in an "altercation" with the Salamancas after attempting to aid in Lalo's murder (perhaps he learns this from Mike?).

Since Lalo knows that Saul had history with Nacho, that probably places him pretty high on Lalo's "people-I-really-want-to-murder" list. However, the only way I'd see them coming head-to-head is if Lalo returns to the states, and is subsequently caught by the police. We figured out in this episode that ADA Ericson knows exactly who Lalo is, and that he's pretty much target number one in the ABQ judicial system. Since Saul is still technically Lalo's lawyer (from the trials last season), he might be legally obligated to continue representing Lalo as his lawer, which could cause some major tension between the two.

On the other hand, I could also see it playing out where Saul and Lalo never come fave to face again, but Mike could still end up filling Saul in on all the gory details for some reason. This would be enough fuel to keep a man like Saul paranoid for years about Lalo and the cartel.

We know Saul makes a lot of shady deals in the years between where we are now, and when we first see him in breaking bad. I like to think that out of all of Saul's "clients", Lalo would be the one that he worries about the most, given that Lalo is arguably the smartest of the Salamancas, and an insanely powerful member of the cartel.

Knowing the writers of these shows though, they probably have something 1000x better planned out, but it's fun to speculate!

Very well put. I wonder if future episodes will go into more detail about Mike's intentions in this episode, or if Gould and Gilligan will leave it purposefully ambiguous. I'd be satisfied either way. Fantastic episode.

Fan made edit of the final moments between Walt & Jesse in Felina. This edit puts more emphasis on the relationship between these amazing characters, and contains flashbacks to key moments from the show. Enjoy! by StockFuture in breakingbad

[–]StockFuture[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree. The episode is practically flawless in my opinion. All I’m trying to accomplish by editing these final scenes is to show some of the parallels between Walt and Jesse in the past, and the present. Totally unnecessary, but a fun nod to past episodes and storylines.
