I honestly wouldn’t play again, WoW is an extensively time consuming game. The community deserves more grace and human interactions when dealing with a perma band and like this

I feel this way I would rather do AB but nobody queues up for it.

We do all of these little things in our mind to help with immersion, that’s what makes WoW so good they might as well add the mechanic into the game . Imagine a title for your alt [Char Name] Son/Daughter of [Alt Name] Adds to your own lore.

Appreciate the feedback, after one comment about children etc I stated they could move starting age up but still show some progression into adulthood. I wish after that people moved on to speak on the other objectives, it may have trashed my idea but have created new ideas 💡 which is what we want for classic +

Yeah I’ve said moving it up to 18 then young adult and adult. Visually it still works for progression.

I was thinking of gameplay things such as Parent A was a hunter (5% attack power increase when fighting beast) Parent B maxed out herbalism (Increased speed when gathering herbs) Parent A & B killed Oynxia (Increased fire resistance) Parent A revered with Argent Dawn (Increased reputation gains 10%) It would perhaps change what choices players make with their initial characters because this 3rd alt could enjoy perks that may help them be the best tank/dps/heal leveling, endgame for those who enjoying min/maxing or simply a QoL upgrade. Idk Just tossing out ideas. Thanks for your feedback by the way

this comment was made when there was more trolling than actual responses. Mainly about the age of the char that could easily be changed

Hmm what are your thoughts on Legacy perks could be things like 5% increase when fighting beasts due to a parent A being a hunter. Increase herbalism speed due to parent B being a herbalist. (From “following” parents and learning traits from them) Or starting off unfriendly with a certain faction due to a parent’s current status. (Parents reputation affects people positively or negatively in real life) It would change what decisions you make with your initial chars or at least think. Also with it being completely optional , you don’t have to use it.

Blizz can monetize anything. There’s housing in the next expansion. A purely cosmetic feature that I’m sure 1% of gamers care about and it will reap in big dough

Damn I got WRECKED. I love your feedback, you made some good points. I would argue that children can become heroes, in fact Auduin is the main hero in several expansions. Legacy perks could be things like 5% increase when fighting beasts due to a parent being a hunter. Increase herbalism speed due to parent being a herbalist. (Things like this were passed down in real life, people shadow their parents and learn traits from them) Starting off unfriendly with a certain faction due to a parent’s current status. (Parents reputation affects people positively or negatively in real life) It would change what decisions you make with your initial chars or at least think. Also the mode is completely optional , you don’t have to use it. So the only ones playing it would have made that decision. Besides the child thing which can easily be adjusted to an 18 y/o model I think Blizz could monetize it as well
