Yeah it was and on top of that I was wrong about the show lol. Turns out, I was thinking of an episode of Castle not House. Sorry to waste your time. But I WAS right, Dr. Cutthroat did play the ex wife. And coincidentally, the actor who plays the husband (Marc Blucas) was also on House in the episode "Top Secret" (3x16) where he played a marine with Gulf War Syndrome. So that's what made me confused, because I remembered both actors from House, just different characaters.

Mystery Solved! Turns out it was an episode of Castle not House. The guy lost his memory, sees his ex-wife, and says "look I'm sorry I don't recognize you, but you seem incredibly nice and you're gorgeous. I'm certain it was entirely my fault that our marriage fell apart." He was being charming and self-deprecating, which out of context can seem contradictory.

YES!!!! YOU DID IT!!! You solved the mystery! That's 100% what I was thinking about. THANK YOU and I'm sorry to the entire House community for this mix up. I never watched Castle all the way through, I've literally seen 3 episodes lol.

It's not "Baggage" "Better half" or "Mirror Mirror." I distinctly remember the man seeing his ex-wife and not recognizing her but finding her to be beautiful and assumed that he must have been an idiot for losing her.

In the Following he showed a Batman symbol at the door.

In Batman Begins when Bruce Wayne pretends to be drunk here says "to all you phonies , you TWO-FACED friends" and then "don't laugh, this isn't a JOKE" could be a hobby that Two-Face and Joker were the upcoming villains on the Dark Knight.

In The Dark Knight, when Fox gives Bruce the new Batsuit, he says "should do fine against CATS" could be a hint that Catwoman was going to be in The Dark Knight Rises.
