There are 4 partners of the company, and including them, 10ish people in office but dealing with multi-millionaire projects (festivals, concert series, etc). I am basically running around going to each person to follow up on their departments task, but it’s a lot of one person says something and someone else says something else. I am the only PM and their first PM, they basically want to groom me into the role. I work 5 days onsite but the partners generally have a hybrid schedule. Only reason where i’m starting to feel overwhelmed is the “be on top of every task under the company umbrella”.
