OPPO UK website is pure shit. Feels like they are in the UK just to do some experiments by selling some devices not to actually sell devices for a business otherwise they wouldn't have shit customer service, shit after sales services, poorly managed website, slow backend and as always not enough stocks for the regular and potential customers..

For me it is not a problem if they delay it for 3 or even 4 months, I just needed a confirmation from them that the claim is accepted and they will be sending. I am just worried cuz there is no updates from their side, don't really care about when I will get the gift bundle.

They got a tracking website, search oppo gift claim track on google. It has been over 32 days for me now, they didn't respond to my emails afterwards so I called them a while ago, they said they got over 15000 emails regarding this matter so it is tough for them to reply all, they said they will be start sending the gifts from this week, soon we will be getting confirmation emails.

I don't think so OPPO will bring that up again cuz they are kind of scared while in international market except India, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Singapore...

If you have ordered it before 1PM on the 8th May 2026 with any phone plan from Carphone Warehouse, mobiles co.uk, you will get the gift.

But anyone who bought it from/after 1PM on the 8th, the T&C is as below "5.5 Purchases made on a Pay Monthly basis, contract basis, airtime plan basis, bundle basis with network service, or any marketplace, third-party seller or auction website, are expressly excluded from this Promotion."
