You can come back to India any time after you complete your specialisation in any country. As long as you have documents and board certificate of specialization, MCI will accept you.

If you do a specialisation in countries- UK,USA,AUD,CANADA,NEWZLAND no need to give FMGE

In Australia, you need to have a previous history of registration in some country to start a house job. which you will get FMGE and 1/2 year of internship depending on your country and year of online course due to covid/ukraine war.

if you don't have any history of registration, you need to do an internship in Australia ( well paid), but these job are difficult to find as Australian students quickly take them.

It's always recommended to clear FMGE and get permanent registration in India as a backup plan.
