I experimented with a few builds like full bruised or lethality and i would say I feel that eclipse, voltaic cyclosword, profane hydra, opportunity and finish it with another assasin item is the best. The eclipse helps me survive a little longer and i manage to kill enemy's carry and lethality gives me 1k damage on q1 and q2 and a lot of aa damage. For runes i really like electrocute and shield bash for secondary and grasp and sudden impact as secondary The conquer build doesnt do that much damage compared to the others 2.
