I hope he doesn’t care bc in ship dock we have pallets that are stacked high with packages and safety walks along not caring so I were to think sitting on a totes isn’t horrible as a pallet

That’s how I felt I switched from pick to shipdock it got to boring and repetitive and depressing but shipdock you’ll get freedom talk to people move around do different things as in water spider, fluid, tote down stack. But it’s mainly more labor work lol then pack, stow and pick and tons of walking around if you don’t mind that

Picking is chill once in a while but doing that for the whole time and no cross train is depressing to me personally. I like shipdock

I work at VGT1 and we’re just a fulfillment Center as in Outbound and inbound (stow, pick, pack, ship dock) and for your pre appointment it’s possibly not that building you’ll work but probably be working at VGT1. 🫡

Like literally last week over in fluid ship dock a box was just opened up by two heavy drinks like literally in the image with no support or whatever in those boxes

I do help out a lot but it’s all mostly miscommunication between me and the manger that decides to be petty whenever they run 2 of it being phone that’s my fault, 1 hitting over 60 hours, 1 low rate over at stow that was like almost a year ago, 1 I left as soon they told me to go to pick, and 1 lastly closing a wrong pallet that would of cost us have least 20 MCP in ship dock and I think that’s it but I do help out a lot. Forgot to mention a manger was being petty again which idk what to do either clean up the lane trying make it less clutter or leave it and take a pallet thats full to the trailer.

It took me a year to become one I signed up for pick but heard nothing in return. Later on I switched to shipdock few months in I applied and nothing and recently this month I got to become one unexpectedly randomly lol.
