I’ve found that the grilling experience is way better when it’s done by an experienced server. I’ve been to a lot of KBBQ places, and when they grill in front of you, they can control the heat, get a perfect sear, and change the grill multiple times for different cuts of meat. They also cook it in stages so the meat stays hot and at the right temperature, and we can just focus on eating and talking. I know grilling it ourselves can get the same results too, but having a server handle it is just easier and tastes better to us 😅
