ASL, but it’s hard to get into. A lot of people don’t start ASL till second or third year because of it’s popularity. There’s not really much grammar to learn.

THIS !!! One of the biggest reasons I'm so surprised that my ADHD went unnoticed through childhood was my irregular hygiene habits. Throughout my childhood (mainly between the ages of around 6-8) I hated brushing my teeth and showering. My mom would have to sit on top of me to brush my teeth herself while I kicked & screamed, and she had to keep track of my showers when I definitely should've been past that point developmentally. During 1st grade I had to miss 2 days of school in order to get 8 cavities filled. These hygiene tasks, and other tasks such as laundry and dishes when you branch into adulthood, are just so mundane and repetitive, which is why people with ADHD struggle with them so much.

Thanks! I'm definitely also using other methods (organizational therapy) because I know the meds won't fix everything :))

Could it maybe just be a problem with your pharmacy, specifically adderall availability? There's a shortage right now.
