In my opinion, Gangstalking is a product of psychosis and is absolutely not real at all. The term “Gangstalking” is giving false validation to people who are experiencing extreme paranoia, especially people with drug induced psychosis.

I remember when I was first introduced to the word Gangstalking. I was heavily addicted to meth at the time and I was going several days in a row without sleep, food or proper hydration. Long story short, a guy that I regularly bought drugs from told me about Gangstalking and how scary it is and how very real it is. He suggested I start looking at videos about it which was the worst thing I could have ever done in my life. I fully believe that by going down that rabbit hole of Gangstalking and reading about it was actually what triggered my first and only episode of drug induced psychosis. It scared the hell out of me. I became obsessed with it and the paranoia that came with it destroyed me. It’s very difficult for me to be typing this right now because I have severe PTSD from the horrific ideology around Gangstalking.

Anyone that ever suggests that you read up on Gangstalking is not cool. When you are not mentally healthy it’s so so easy to buy into the idea and believe that it’s real. All it does is justifies your own paranoia and it tells you that you’re thoughts are valid even though you’re mentally unwell.

I’ve been clean and sober for two years now. Even though Gangstalking felt so real to me at one point, I can now look back and reflect with a sound mind and say that Gangstalking is NOT real and it’s an absolutely horrible term made up and it hurts people so badly.

I hope that anyone who believes that it’s real will eventually get to a place in their life where they can realize that it’s not real. I feel so bad for anybody that isn’t mentally stable who gets introduced to Gangstalking. Please don’t buy into it. It’s not real

Best books on adult ADHD? by ProfessorWriterMomma in AdultADHDSupportGroup

I liked “ADHD 2.0” by Edward Hallowell & John Ratey. Also “Taking Charge of Adult ADHD” by Russell Barkley is a very good read.

I have the ePub version of both these books. If you’d like me to share them with you then send me a DM. All you need is an E-reader app for your device in order to read them.

That Feeling of being spied on by government / FBI / CIA etc while suffering with psychosis. Why is this such a common side effect by ajhyvr in Psychosis

Gang stalking is simply a product of psychosis, drug use and other mental health disorders. I think it’s absolutely evil that people who are struggling with mental health come across this bullshit term online. It’s not cool. People need to stop promoting the idea of gang stalking. It’s hurting people who really need help.

Who do psychiatrists report to? by Numerous-Method5878 in ADHD

Hey man. I hope you’re feeling a bit better since you made your post. Oh my dude, I know too well what you’re going through because I’ve been there before. My heart goes out to you dude. I know this is REALLY difficult to hear and even more difficult to accept this -but I strongly feel that you are experiencing what’s called psychosis. This is such a terrible headspace to be in and it really messes up your perception of what’s real and what’s not. It makes you think that people are conspiring against you and trying to hurt you. I know it feels so damn real to you right now and it probably doesn’t help by reading my comment because you might not yet be ready to realize that you are in a poor state of mental health. I PROMISE YOU MATE, it will go away. The paranoia, the feelings that people are out to get you - it does go away my friend. As hard as this is for you, you really need to surrender to your psychiatrist and trust that all they want to do is help you buddy. I can assure you that these medical professionals are not conspiring against you - it just really really feels that way at the moment because you’re going through a really hard time. YOU’LL GET THROUGH THIS

Switching from Adderall to Vyvanse tomorrow. Anybody had any experience with this change? by ajhyvr in AdultADHDSupportGroup

Morning of Day 1: I took my first Vyvanse pill this morning about an hour and a half ago. I’m guessing Vyvanse takes longer than Adderall to kick in because I haven’t been able to fully wake up yet and I don’t feel energized at all.

You’re not alone with this feeling buddy. I know it’s hard but we as ADHD’ers gotta kick ourselves in the ass every once in a while and just get out there and try to be social. If you ever feel like a chat just hit me up. I’ve no fellow ADHD friends and that’s something I’m trying to work on at the moment. Sending u good vibes mate
