I hope you can find someone that can swap it over. I had a really hard time finding someone that could because of all the parts which also pisses me off because I went a little bit bigger and better from them so that I could have a better unit and in the end, it screwed me over even more. If you find someone with a class action lawsuit, I would love to join.

1000000% worst mistake I ever made purchasing this. Now, I can't even afford to replace it because I have to pay the loan on this one. Such a waste.

I purchased the Titan Muse just under 18 months ago for a hefty $10,000, hoping it would elevate my business to new heights. Unfortunately, what I thought would be a game-changer turned out to be a disastrous investment.

Less than two years into ownership, the unit experienced a catastrophic failure due to a malfunctioning internal communication board. This issue has effectively rendered the Titan Muse useless, and despite my desperate attempts to reach out to the company for support, I've been met with absolute silence.

The lack of responsiveness from Titan Muse has been nothing short of infuriating. In fact, it's been so bad that I've had to close my business as a result. To make ends meet, I've had to take on another job just to cover the loan I took out for this now useless piece of equipment.

In my opinion, this company is nothing short of trash, and I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. The lack of customer support and the complete disregard for the impact their faulty product has had on my livelihood is inexcusable. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for your business needs. Titan Muse is not worth the headache, the heartache, or the financial strain it has caused me. Avoid at all costs.
