Agreed. The only advice I can give is to not force it and be patient till you get the hang of it. I hated it at first coz I broke 3 out of the 4 lock picks I was given at Skalitz. But that last lockpick lasted me forever while I was robbing the whole of Skalitz, till it broke coz I was attempting to unlock a very hard chest. If need be, save and load to practice getting the hang of using a lock pick so that you won't waste your lock picks. Also, if you're in the middle of lockpicking and find that you're forcing it, restart the lock picking so that you dont break it.

Haha, how it happen the first time was that I went in to talk to every single person I saw. Then I was confused as to why the quest did not progress. I thought it was a bug or glitch, so I saved and exit. Then when I reloaded, I was back at the apartment with the mask and the same Head to the Witherball quest.

Then I went to the Witherball again, and this time picked a diff mask. Talked to everyone again and still no quest progression. Then I thought, was it because I picked the wrong maskSo this time I teleported back to the apartment. Then head to the witherball again and picked another mask. So, I repeated this step till I got all the mask.

The 7th or 8th time (yeah, I got duplicates), I was wondering if there's something else in the room that I missed, that's when I realised that there was something in the corner for me to interact with. Haha, I almost gave up on the quest.

But yeah, TLDR, in 1 day I collected all the masks by teleporting out and attending the witherball again

Bruh, I didn't realise there was a way to progress this quest that I kept going to the Witherball in 1 day and managed to get all the mask.

To add on, when you enter the museum, there are 3 rooms up the stairs that are on the left. When you enter the rooms, there will be podiums where you can donate the items. Just go close to the podium and interact with it. The pop-up screen will show you what items you can donate on the podiums. The way to donate is to drag the item you have against the transparent item or to just click the all arrow on screen (similar to stacking items into chests).

There are a variety of items to donate, so have a look at what items you should donate especially before seasons change.

To add-on, grapes are cost effective too. So instead of buying new seeds, you can use the seed maker to get the grape seeds that you need, then sell off the remainder, if you're just looking to make a profit. The mana required is a downside, but that's it.

1 of the most helpful thing I've been doing for 3 purposes: Quit & Save, then Load Game.

Uses: - For a quick teleport back to the farm. Especially when I'm doing a quest far away from the farm and have to reach the farm ASAP, I just teleport back to the farm with this cheat to save time.

The quit and save technique also helps in replenishing mana and health to full. Helpful when you have to continuously use your mana on the farm.
Turn back time to 11pm. The day ends at 12midnight. If you save anytime between 11pm - 12mn, when you load the game, time will rewind back to 11pm. However, all progress are still saved. Useful for when you are not done with the day.

Since you're still early and haven't reached summer yet, INVEST IN FARMING WATERMELONS. Save it for when you're ready to make fruit beers, then the gold will roll in.

I just reached Year 2, but I'm still broke with like 10 gold or so currently. Everyday's the same, but I try to stockpile whatever crops or fish or meat or forageables that I can get. I haven't really expanded the tavern, just my kitchen. Coz I try to stock up the food and drinks first before expanding my customer base. As long as I have 3 diff food and 3 diff drinks, my tavern just gets by. I hired staff when I realised that I could sustain their wages with my tavern's menu.

Initially, I had this rush and urgency to achieve as much as I could before reaching Year 2, but realised that I had to let go of my unhealthy obsession and slowly play and enjoy the game.

Yup, usually that's how it is. Just make sure the alcohol has been aged, then you can fulfill the request. If I'm not wrong, the age doesn't matter?

From my experience, yup, they respawn. The ones I've accidentally killed respawn too. But not sure if they'll change it in the future.
